Lowell Williams was born in Illinois in 1931. He went to a one room country school where all eight grades attended, and graduated from high school in a small town named Casey. He entered the Air Force during the Korean War in 1950. During the war Lowell served as an instructor in a helicopter mechanic school located in Texas. While teaching in this school he met his soon to be wife who introduced him to Christ. In 1954, he left the Air Force and entered Abilene Christian College where he earned his BA and MA degrees by majoring in Bible and minoring in Greek. Lowell has preached in Rochelle, TX, Las Vegas, NV, Beaverton, OR before moving to Kirkland, Washington on July 1, 1960 where he preached for the next 35 years from 1960 to 1995. In 1995, Lowell moved to Monroe, WA where he is currently serving as a preacher and elder. Sadly, Doris passed away in 1984 but he was blessed to meet and eventually marry his second wife, Helen in 1995. They now reside in Monroe, WA where he is currently serving as a preacher and elder. They have 6 children, 14 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
